We want you to feel comfortable shopping with Cool My Meno. Because we offer different types of products, our return and refund rules depend on what you purchase.

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

Digital Products

Our digital products are delivered electronically and are generally non-refundable once they have been delivered, accessed, or downloaded.

If you have trouble accessing your files, receive a corrupted or missing file, or experience a technical issue with your purchase, please contact us. We will work with you to provide a replacement file or reasonable technical solution.

This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

Print-on-Demand Products

Some of our clothing, mugs, journals, sleepwear, accessories, and other items may be made specifically for you by a third-party production partner.

Because these products are made to order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, colour choice, or personal preference, where permitted by law.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or misprinted, please contact us within 30 days of delivery where possible.

Please include your order number, the product name, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and problem.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement, refund, or other remedy where required.

Supplier-Fulfilled Products

Some physical products may be supplied and shipped by third-party fulfillment partners.

Return and refund requirements may vary depending on the product and supplier.

If your order is lost, significantly delayed, damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Cool My Meno first. Do not return the product to the supplier or shipping address unless we provide return instructions.

We may need to investigate the issue with our supplier or fulfillment partner before confirming a refund or replacement.

Any mandatory consumer rights you have under applicable law continue to apply.

Affiliate Products

Some products or resources featured on Cool My Meno may be linked to external retailers through affiliate links.

This means we may earn a commission if you make a purchase through one of our links.

When you purchase directly from an external retailer, Cool My Meno is not the seller, manufacturer, shipper, or customer service provider for that purchase.

Order Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.

Digital orders may not be cancellable after delivery or access has begun.

Print-on-demand and supplier-fulfilled orders may enter production or fulfillment quickly, so we cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled or changed once processing has started.

Shipping Problems

If your physical order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or appears to be lost, please contact us as soon as possible.

For damaged or incorrect products, we may ask for photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot find it, please check around the delivery location, with members of your household, neighbours, building reception, or parcel lockers before contacting us.

We will review shipping issues with the carrier or fulfillment partner where appropriate.
